The incident happened on a road near a busy market of the district when some unknown militants blew up roadside-planted explosives and fled the scene, police told media. The injured have been shifted to Civil Hospital Sibi for medical treatment. Several of them are in critical condition. A heavy contingent of police reached the blast site following the incident, and cordoned off the area for investigations. No group or individual has claimed the blast.
