UN panel chair announces Japan's Meiji Revolution sites as World Heritage

Maria Boehmer, chair of the UNESCO World Heritage Committee, announces in Bonn, Germany, on July 5, 2015, that the "Sites of Japan's Meiji Industrial Revolution" have been added to the U.N. body's World Cultural Heritage list. (Kyodo) ==Kyodo
