Dogo Onsen bathhouse fully resumes operations

Photo taken on July 9, 2024, shows the Botchan-no-ma Room, named after a famous book written by Japanese novelist Natsume Soseki (1867-1916), in the main building of the Dogo Onsen bathhouse in Matsuyama in Ehime Prefecture, western Japan. The bathhouse, listed as a property of national cultural significance, fully resumed operations on July 11 after about five and a half years of repairs.
