YOKOHAMA, Japan - Capt. John Bushey, new commander of the U.S. Navy's air base in Atsugi, Kanagawa Prefecture, west of Tokyo, says he will strive to deepen relations with people in Japan during an interview with reporters at the base on July 24, 2014
