Canada: Montreal Protesters Accuse COP29 Host Azerbaijan Of Greenwashing

On Sunday, November 10, a day before the start of the UN Climate Change Conference (COP29) in Baku, demonstrators gathered at Montreal's Place des Arts to protest Azerbaijan, the conference's host, accusing it of using climate initiatives to "greenwash" its military actions against Armenia, human rights violations, and environmental exploitation.
