SINGAPORE, Singapore - A Japanese Maritime Self-Defense Force member shows off prowess in overpowering a crew member (2nd from R) of a ''suspect vessel'' to Japanese journalists during a drill under the Proliferation Security Initiative on Aug. 15 on board the Shirane, berthed at Changi Naval Base, Singapore's largest naval base located on the eastern corner of the island.
