Taiwan: Multiple Dead After M7.4 Earthquake Strikes Off Hualien City 11

As of writing, at least 7 people died and dozens were injured after a strong earthquake struck off the coast of Taiwan, 18km south-southeast of Hualien City, on Wednesday morning, April 3. According to USGS, it was a magnitude 7.4 earthquake. This video shows debris that fell from the ceiling and burst water pipe at Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport.
