LONDON, Britain - Chris Gibson-Smith (L), chairman of the London Stock Exchange, Clara Furse (C), CEO of the LSE, and Taizo Nishimuro, president of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, shake hands at the LSE in central London on Feb. 23.
