A road sign, located on the border between Italy and France, at the exit of the village of Claviere has been tagged, it says “The border is killed”, the solidarity shelter is a welcoming place for migrants located in the third place of Terrasses Solidaires in the town of Briancon, France, Mongenevre on January 30th, 2023. Since May 2023, a growing influx of people has been converging at Les Terrasses Solidaires reception center in the French alpine city Briancon.
