Chile: Kast Declares Catastrophe in Coquimbo and Huasco Amid Storm

A frontal storm system dropped a month's worth of rainfall on northern Chile, prompting President José Antonio Kast to declare a State of Emergency and Catastrophe for the Coquimbo region and Huasco province on Monday.
