MANILA, Philippines - Philippine customs officials have seized eight cars (in photo) reportedly stolen from Japan in 2005, a senior Customs Bureau official said Jan. 12. The confiscated Honda, Mazda and Toyota vehicles, all right-hand drive, were falsely declared as used agricultural machinery and collectively valued at 13 million pesos ($241,000), the official said.
