YOKOHAMA, Japan - Japanese "enka" ballad singer Saburo Daimon performs in a unique costume on Dec. 3, 2014, in front of an East Japan Railway Co. station in Hiratsuka, southwest of Tokyo. The 65-year-old has been staging such performances almost every weekday for over six years to help encourage local people.
