KANDAHAR, Afghanistan - Residents in the town of Dand near the southern Afghan city of Kandaha stand on the debris at the site where the buildings next to a hospital (on the left side) were shattered in air strikes allegedly carried out by U.S. warplanes on Oct. 31.
