Meanwhile, Kabul Police spokesman Khalid Zadran confirmed the blast and said in his twitter account, "Preliminary information indicates that cylinder of gas exploded in a shop in Naqash area of Police District 18 today and firefighters have arrived at the site to extinguish the fire." This is the second blast in Afghanistan's capital city Kabul since Sunday. In the previous blast which occurred next to a hotel on Sunday, one person sustained injury, according to the police.
