Osaka prosecutors release comedian Kuroda

OSAKA, Japan - Comedian and TV personality Tamotsu Kuroda (L), who was arrested on Dec. 26, 2009, for allegedly assaulting and injuring a bar manager in a quarrel over a bill, attends a press conference in Osaka on Jan. 12, 2010, after the Osaka District Public Prosecutors Office suspended his indictment and released him.
