Security heightened in Tokyo prior to 2nd day of Abe-Putin summit

TOKYO, Japan, Dec. 16 Kyodo - Riot policemen stand guard near the prime minister's office in Tokyo on Dec. 16, 2016, prior to the second day of a two-day summit meeting between Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and Russian President Vladimir Putin. The two leaders will arrive in Tokyo later in the day from Nagato, Yamaguchi Prefecture.
