SAPPORO, Japan - A snowplow for street car tracks finally makes its first appearance of the season on the streets of Sapporo on Dec. 18, 2009, in a record late start amid warm winter. The snowplow cleared snowfall of 8 centimeters on the streets using bamboo bundles that rotate at high speed.
