US: Tornado Warnings Issued Across Central Illinois as Cold Front Brings Damaging Winds

The National Weather Service issued tornado warnings and watches across much of central Illinois on Sunday, December 28, as a powerful cold front moved through the state, bringing threats of damaging winds and tornadoes. A confirmed tornado was reported in Long Creek, near Decatur, where flying debris caused damage to roofs, windows, and trees.
