Germany: Employees Injured as Lufthansa Boeing 787 Nose Gear Collapses at Frankfurt Airport

A Lufthansa Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner flight LH450 suffered a nose landing gear collapse while parked at a gate at Frankfurt Airport on Thursday, June 4, as the aircraft was being prepared for a scheduled flight to Los Angeles. No passengers were on board at the time, though several employees were injured, and the flight was cancelled with passengers reaccommodated on other flights to their final destinations.
