Belhassine said that as of April 20, the number of inbound tourists increased by more than 150 percent compared with the same period last year, tourism revenue increased by 50 percent and the number of overnight stays of tourists increased by 100 percent. He added that although these figures are still far behind the peak of the tourism industry in 2019, Tunisia's tourism industry is showing positive momentum.
