Madagascar: Cyclone Gamane – Aerial Footage Of Flooding In Diana Region

Tropical Cyclone Gamane battered the northern region of Madagascar on Wednesday, March 27, and left at least 11 dead. The regions of Diana and Sava suffered much of the impacts of the slow-moving storm with heavy flooding and infrastructure damage.

OSAKA, Japan - Kawasaki Engineering Co. on July 15 began sales of ''Dream Plus''(photo), a fatigue-treatment device for humans, which generates high levels of oxygen in the blood in a high-pressure environment. The cylindrical machine is modeled on oxygen hyperbaric chambers used in hospitals for treatment of hypoxia, such as is caused by gas poisoning. It measures 2 meters in length and 65 centimeters in diameter and is made from polyurethane and nylon fibers.
