Air pollution in Manila

MANILA, Philippines - Buses and other vehicles emit heavy smoke as they travel the main EDSA highway in the Philippine capital Manila on April 22, 2013. The air quality in Metro Manila remains below the World Health Organization-set TSP and PM10 standard level over the past several years despite government efforts to improve it, although it is not considered to be at a level that is risky to human health.
