UTSUNOMIYA, Japan - Embassy staff and others pose with actors at Edo Wonderland in Nikko, a tourist destination in Tochigi Prefecture, on June 25, 2011, as part of efforts to lure back foreign tourists in the wake of the nuclear accident at the Fukushima Daiichi power plant in northeastern Japan following the March 11 disaster.
