A total of 14 contestants from across the country competed in the event. Sabah Elbadawi from the capital Rabat won the contest. She will represent Morocco in this year's "Chinese Bridge" global final. Initiated in 2002, the Chinese Bridge international language contest aims at boosting the youth's understanding of and communication with the Chinese language and culture.
