A village in the city's Chongming District has launched a pilot project for vaccination focusing on elderly people. The vaccination drive is mainly for seniors aged over 60 and those with limited mobility. A total of 284 people, 174 of them aged over 60, were vaccinated in this round. For the elderly with limited mobility and special needs, volunteers accompanied them in a one-to-one way. The town has also arranged vehicles to drive them home. Observation rooms, ambulances and other medical resources are also available to ensure the safety of the eld
