CHIBA, Japan - The Eliica, an electric vehicle that can run as fast as sports cars, is unveiled at the media previews of the 39th Tokyo Motor Show at the Makuhari Messe exhibition site in Chiba Prefecture on Oct. 20. The Eliica, developed by a group of Keio University students, recorded a maximum speed of 370 kilometers per hour during a test drive in March 2004 Italy.
