Reagan National Airport closed from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday, July 3, for military flyover rehearsals ahead of America's 250th anniversary celebrations. Residents in Washington, D.C., Arlington, and Alexandria reported seeing and hearing low-flying military aircraft during the drills.
