SHANGHAI, China - The Chinese edition of Japanese Empress Michiko's memoir on childhood reading will soon go on sale in China. The book, ''Hashi o Kakeru,'' or ''building a bridge,'' has been translated into Chinese by Tang Yaming, a Chinese author in Japan. Shaonen Erdong Chubanshe, a Shanghai publisher, says it is putting out the book to mark the 30th anniversary of the establishment of relations between Japan and China.
