MERSIN, Turkey - Wakayama Gov. Yoshinobu Nisaka (C) plants a tree at a memorial ceremony for the victims of the Ottoman Empire navy ship accident held at Mersin, Turkey on Sept. 2, 2010. The Erturul Frigate sank off Wakayama Prefecture in September 1890 due to a violent typhoon.
