TOKYO, Japan - Former major leaguer Hideki Irabu (file photo taken in 2003) is arrested Aug. 20 on suspicion of assaulting a restaurant manager in Osaka. Irabu, 39, who was a New York Yankees pitcher and also played for several other professional baseball teams both in Japan and the United States, allegedly attacked the manager after he drank around 20 mid-size jugs of beer, police said.
