Ex-railway chief acquitted

TOKYO, Japan - Former West Japan Railway Co. President Masao Yamazaki enters the Kobe District Court in western Japan on Jan. 11, 2012. The court found him not guilty of professional negligence with regard to safety measures in connection with a 2005 train derailment in Hyogo Prefecture that killed 107 people and injured 562 others.
