India: IndiGo Flight Evacuated at Bengaluru Airport After Smoke Fills Cabin

A smoke emergency forced the evacuation of an IndiGo Airbus A321neo at Bengaluru's Kempegowda International Airport on Tuesday, May 26. Smoke was detected in both the cockpit and cabin of flight 6E 6017 while taxiing for departure to Chennai, prompting the crew to deploy emergency slides and evacuate all 230 passengers and crew, with two sustaining minor injuries.
