Imprisonned in 1984, he was juged for complicity in the murder of a US Army officer and an israeli diplomat. He is releasable since 1999 but all of his requests have been denied. On 15 November 2024, a French court ordered to release him on 6 December 2024 on the condition that he would leave France.
