Spain: DANA Storm Batters Balearic Islands, Causing Severe Flooding 2

An Isolated High-Level Depression (DANA) swept through the Balearics on Wednesday, August 14 and Thursday August 15, bringing heavy rains, high winds, and flooding. Palma de Mallorca Airport was experiencing widespread flight delays, as the AEMET issued orange warnings for the risk of heavy rainfall.
