Finns wrap up 42-day charity relay to Ukraine in Lviv

LVIV, UKRAINE - JUNE 30, 2024 - One of the initiators of the campaign, Finnish journalist and entrepreneur Magnus Londen pulls out the message from Finland to Ukraine signed by Finlands Minister for European Affairs Anders Adlercreutz from a relay baton in the courtyard of the Lviv Town Hall during the closing ceremony of the Relay to Ukraine charity event which saw Finnish volunteers walk 1,561 kilometres from Helsinki to Lviv in 42 days and raise more than EUR 180,000 for ambulances and medical equipment for Ukraine, Lviv, western Ukraine.
