On May 5, 2026, in Hunan, located in southern China, a video recorded a delivery rider wearing a black hat sitting inside a restaurant while waiting to pick up an order. Another delivery rider in a yellow hat walked into the restaurant shortly afterward. Outside on the road, a white car suddenly drove toward the parked vehicles and hit the black-hatted rider’s electric scooter. The impact pushed the scooter into another white car nearby. The rider saw what happened from inside the restaurant and became visibly upset. He had not yet received the food order, and now his scooter had also been badly damaged.
