Wing Arrow completed the 1,600-meter race in chilly, wet conditions at Tokyo Racecourse in 1 minute, 35.6 seconds to win the top prize of 94 million yen and give French jockey Olivier Peslier his first victory in a Grade 1 race in Japan.
