3 U.S. researchers given Japan Prize

TOKYO, Japan - File photo shows Jean M. J. Frechet, vice president for research at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology. The Japan Prize Foundation said on Jan. 30, 2013, the 2013 Japan Prize will be awarded to three U.S. researchers. Frechet is one of the joint winners in the field of materials and production for developing materials that contributed to an innovative semiconductor manufacturing process.
