Spain: People Celebrate End of Nationwide Power Outage

Massive blackouts in Spain and Portugal left passengers stranded on trains and elevators, and millions without phone and internet coverage. However, power was restored to nearly 90% of both countries by early Tuesday, April 29. The video shows people in Madrid cheering as the electricity was restored.
