KESENNUMA, Japan - Sushi chefs in Kesennuma, Miyagi Prefecture, are all smiles on June 6, 2014, as a popular dish called "fukahire don" -- shark fin dish -- was "resurrected" at 14 shops in the prefecture for the first time since the 2011 earthquake and tsunami that severely hit northeastern Japan.
