Burass carves his way to slalom

Norway's Hans-Petter Buraas skis a sharp line through the Nagano Olympic men's slalom course en route to the gold medal on Feb. 21. Buraas used an explosive second run for a come-from-behind win after trailing Austria's Thomas Sykora after the first leg. Sykora finished third, while Norway's Ole Christian Furuseth leapfrogged the Austrian to claim silver.
