OSAKA, Japan - A labor union for teachers who worked at the now-bankrupt language school chain Nova Corp. filed a report Feb. 15 with the Osaka District Court saying the teachers' current employer G.communication Co. has dismissed a number of staffers against its initial accord to rehire all.
