On Wednesday, March 11, a large underground steel pipe suddenly protruded about 13 meters above the ground below the elevated Shin-Midosuji road in the Umeda district of Osaka, prompting traffic restrictions in the surrounding area. The cause of the incident remains under investigation and no injuries have been reported.

China: Two Villagers Haul Monster 100kg Grouper Through Hainan Village

On October 27, 2025, in Hainan, located in southern China, two villagers were seen walking into town carrying a massive grouper tied to a wooden pole. The fish swung heavily between them as villagers gathered to watch. People marveled at the size of the catch, estimating it weighed more than one hundred kilograms. Such a giant grouper was extremely rare in the area. No one knew exactly how they managed to haul it in, but the impressive scene quickly drew admiration from the entire village.

China: Panda Rolls and Tumbles Playfully at Zhejiang Zoo

On October 4, 2025, in Ningbo, located in eastern China’s Zhejiang province, a delightful video was filmed at the city’s wildlife park showing a chubby giant panda in action. The panda ran around the enclosure, repeatedly tumbling and rolling across the ground before climbing up to paw at the glass wall curiously. Visitors nearby laughed as the panda pressed its round face against the glass, appearing to interact with them. Its clumsy but endearing movements reminded many Chinese viewers of scenes from the movie Kung Fu Panda.

China: Wild Giant Panda Stuns Tourists After Walking in Front of Sightseeing Bus

A group of Chinese tourists screamed with excitement after unexpectedly spotting a wild giant panda while riding a sightseeing bus. Filmed on February 24, 2026, in Ya’an, Sichuan, the video shows a rare close encounter at the Labagou scenic area on Erlang Mountain in Tianquan County. As the bus traveled along a mountain road, the panda appeared by the roadside and calmly walked along the forested slope. Passengers quickly noticed it and reacted with joy and disbelief. The panda briefly paused near the road before disappearing into the trees. The driver, Wang Wenbo, said he had been working at the scenic area for just over 20 days and was surprised to witness such a close sighting. The clip ends as the panda fades into the dense woodland and the bus continues on its way.
