US: New Orleans Celebrates Mardi Gras Climax With Vibrant Parades

New Orleans celebrated the climax of Mardi Gras on Tuesday, February 17, with vibrant parades across the city marking the final day of festivities before Ash Wednesday, concluding the Carnival season with a grand display of music and culture.
