TOKYO, Japan - Photo shows Princess Kako, a granddaughter of Emperor Akihito. The Imperial Household Agency said Sept. 11, 2014, that the 19-year-old daughter of Prince Akishino, the emperor's second son, quit Gakushuin University in Tokyo at the end of August.
