E-tricycles ply streets in Philippines

MANILA, Philippines - Tricycle driver Reynaldo Gamao (R), 46, awaits passengers at a terminal in the Manila suburb of Mandaluyong City on May 11, 2011, for his electric tricycle donated recently by the Asian Development Bank.
