Anti-groping poster at subway platform

FUKUOKA, Japan, Aug. 24 Kyodo - Photo taken at a subway platform at Tenjin Station in Fukuoka, southwestern Japan, in 1998, shows a poster made by local police encouraging groping victims to report incidents to police. The poster was created after a public poll conducted by the police showed over 90 percent of women had not reported incidents to either subway staff or police.(Kyodo)
