VINNYTSIA, UKRAINE - JULY 14, 2024 - Secretary of the Vinnytsia City Council Pavlo Yablonskyi, Vinnytsia city head Serhii Morhunov, ex-Prime Minister (2016-2019) Volodymyr Groysman adn Vinnytsia Regional Council head Viacheslav Sokolovyi (L to R) kneel at the To the Victims of Missile Attacks on Vinnytsia memorial to pay tribute to the victims of the Russian missile strike on downtown Vinnytsia on July 14, 2022, in Peremohy Square, Vinnytsia, west-central Ukraine. Twenty-nine people, including three children, were killed by the attack.
