A total of 21 people with light injuries were rescued from the rubbles as the rescue operation entered its second day, Manzo Ezekiel, a spokesman for the NEMA, told Xinhua via telephone. Ezekiel added that the rescue operation is still ongoing. The building under construction collapsed while work was in progress, trapping dozens of workers.
