Large Dutch food trade show opens in Amsterdam

STORY: Large Dutch food trade show opens in Amsterdam DATELINE: Jan. 10, 2023 LENGTH: 0:01:25 LOCATION: Amsterdam CATEGORY: SOCIETY SHOTLIST: 1. various of the 65th HORECAVA food trade show STORYLINE: Plump sausages, juicy burgers... these are only a fraction of tasty foods on display at the 65th HORECAVA food trade show, which opened on Monday at the RAI conference center in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Opening until Thursday, the large Dutch event for the food industry has brought together thousands of exhibitors to kick-start the food industry badly hurt by the COVID-19 pandemic. The event hosts more than 2,000 exhibitors including bakers and confectioners, large kitchens, and from sectors such as fast service, food and wine and many others. More than 700 companies from the food industry are taking part in the trade show to demonstrate their innovative products and services. Xinhua News Agency correspondents reporting from Amsterdam.
